There were occasional power outages in the area, although the hotel had backup generators to combat this issue.

I stayed for 4 nights and would easily stay more, as the place was really worth it. The owners of the hotel were extremely polite and warm, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even provided transportation to and from the bus stop. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walking from the center of town, making it quiet and ideal for a good night's sleep. The surrounding rice fields create a picturesque backdrop and the included breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and coffee was a great start to the day. The hotel also offers free bicycles for guests to explore the Tharu villages in the area. The food at the hotel was amazing and I couldn't resist eating there, even though I usually prefer to eat elsewhere when traveling. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the mosquito nets provided added peace of mind. Additionally, the hotel offers tours in the area but never made me feel pressured to book one. my stay at Hotel Tree Tops was incredible and I felt like I was at home. Thank you to the wonderful family who runs the hotel. I can't wait to visit again.

They even helped arrange incredible activities in the park, like a thrilling full day trek in the jungle with a knowledgeable guide. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the food is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the city center. On top of that, the rooftop offers breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset, surrounded by beautiful yellow mustard fields. This place offers excellent quality for a great price and comes highly recommended!

Loved the fact that I had to contact the property for more details. Who needs all the information upfront anyway? And the shops at the property were just an added bonus, because who wants to go outside and explore?
Oh, it was such a disappointment not being in the centre of town or near the river. What am I going to complain about now?

Spacious rooms and quiet location made my stay comfortable and peaceful. I also appreciated the free pick up and drop off service from the bus station. the complimentary evening walk near the national park was an amazing experience, as I got to spot a rhino and a few crocodiles. the knowledgeable guide made the jungle walk even more enjoyable by helping us spot a variety of birds and wildlife. the room and bathroom were modern and clean, providing a comfortable and hygienic stay. And the food, especially the Khaja set, was simply amazing.
I must mention that the property is far from the town center, which may not be convenient for those who prefer to be closer to the hustle and bustle. the bed mattresses were quite tough, which could be improved for a more comfortable sleep.

We had an amazing 4-day stay at Tree Tops. the owner Dilip was very respectful and informative, showing us a bird's nest with eggs and taking us to see a rhino bathing in the river. We booked a one-day jungle walk with a packed lunch included, and our guide Nokul was fantastic. We saw 7 rhinos, wild boars, deer, monkeys, birds, and crocodiles. the next day, we did another jungle walk and saw even more animals. The hotel provided great value for money with free pick up and drop off, a free welcome activity, and a delicious breakfast. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

We got very nice value for our money at Tree Tops. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the main town.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe a wider variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the national park, making it a great option for nature lovers. It is away from the busy tourist areas, providing a peaceful and tranquil setting. the hotel is also in between the bus station, making it easily accessible for travelers.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the floors and baseboards, may have bugs and dirt, which could be improved with a thorough cleaning.
